"Art you can feel!"

I will respond with an ETA of the length of time it will take me and request an invoice via Paypal when I am ready to begin drawing.

I will send you several stages of the drawing. The sketch phase, the lineart phase, the flat color phase, and the rendering phase. There are no refunds past the beginning of the lineart phase.

You have two revisions per phase. A block of text counts as one revision, so please say everything you want changed in one block of text. I will explicitly state if I allow you to have more revisions on one phase, and explicitly tell you when you have used a revision on a phase.

When your art is finished, please tell me what resolution you would like to receive your art in. By default, your resolution will be 45% of the original canvas resolution.

I reserve the rights to all of the artwork I make, unless you specifically make clear that you would like to buy the rights to the artwork I made as well. (This is important if you want to sell products that have my artwork on it unless you intend to give me royalties. i.e; Selling books with an illustration I have drawn as the cover.) This also counts if you want to post my art online without my signature. If you have not paid extra for this, you must have my signature in the artwork. (The signature is small and will not impede the art piece.

I reserve the right to reject your commission and your money for any reason.

ETAs of when a commission may be finished are calculated based on the worst-case scenario. Because of this, you will be given the 'realistic' date, should nothing major transpire to interfere with your work being done, and the worst-case-scenario date, when many things could interfere. Please keep both of these ETAs in mind. You will be notified as soon as possible if an error occurs that interferes with your commission.

I will be professional and respectful with you. Please be respectful as well. Passive aggression, manipulation, threats against me and/or peers/family, unwarranted political opinions, or hate speech will not be tolerated. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the cancellation of your commission, even if you already fully paid for the commission. You will be warned clearly if you cross the line of disrespect only once.

By accepting to follow through a transaction with me for a commission, you agree that you understand and will adhere to all of the rules written above.
